SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

The services provided at statedls.org are strictly informational. Our goal is to take the effort and confusion out of a variety of State DMV services. Each state has very different requirements and processes for renewing, replacing, and correcting your driver's license. statedls.org has compiled all of this information into an easy step by step guide to help ease this process. We are not affiliated with any government agency. All forms and information available in your download are also available directly from State DMV for free. We have just taken the time to consolidate it and make the process much simpler. The Customer must provide the following:(1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including a computer and a modem; (2) provide for Customer's access to the Internet; and (3) pay any fees related with such a connection.

statedls.org makes no claim to ownership or other control or rights to any forms recommended by statedls.org or its agents. All forms recommendations refer to forms that are otherwise available without charge to individuals at large for specific purposes. None of the charges assessed to customers of statedls.org entitle You, as a Purchaser to any ownership, licensing rights or recourse with regard to use of the forms other than those rights offered by the forms' owners or licensees. The fees we charge are to provide a service of convenience to assist in the aforementioned processes and not for any freely available government forms or any official government filing fees.
